What the man is wearing is called a hanbok, which is a traditional Korean clothing. I'm not Korean myself but I've watched loads of sageuk (historical Korean dramas) so there are lots of hanbok-wearing characters floating around in my (empty) head.
Kkonminam (what's written in Hangul on the lower left corner) is a Korean term that means 'pretty boy' XD hehehehehehe
